PAYMENT
We request that all payments be made in full on the surgery day before the service is rendered. The amount due is based on the initial estimate of the number of grafts we projected to achieve at the time. The actual number of grafts transplanted may fluctuate due to several factors. In the event that less grafts were transplanted, your refund will be pro-rated; on the other hand, if more grafts were transplanted, you will be required to pay for those extra grafts on a pro-rata basis as well.
To avoid any payment problem, If you plan to pay by credit or debit card, please confirm with your card issuer to make certain that you have sufficient funds to cover the entire cost of the surgery.

We accept cash payment in AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, MYR, NZD, SGD, USD or THB only. All prices posted on our website are in US dollars (USD). If you choose to pay by cash on the day in another currency other than USD, we will go online and utilize the live currency exchange rate listed on the XE currency website www.xe.com to convert your funds.
Debit / Credit Card
We accept payment by VISA or MasterCard Credit/Debit cards only. Due to the fact that all Credit/Debit cards in Thailand are processed in Thai Baht, we will once again go online and utilize the live currency exchange rate listed on the XE currency website www.xe.com to convert your funds.
