A deposit of US$500 and a non-refundable, one-time administrative fee of US$30, for a total of US$ 530 (or 18,000 THB) is required to be received no later than 15 days prior to your scheduled appointment. The deposit amount of US$ 500 will be credited towards your balance.
Once we have received your deposit, we will then email you your appointment confirmation.
