Appointment and Cancellation Policy
We, at THT Center, strive to provide affordable, superior quality hair transplantation in a timely manner. Our patients are not only from across the country but also from across the world. Many of them are on our waiting list and would like to receive their hair transplantation surgeries as soon as possible. In most cases we were able to fulfill their needs when we had cancellations from other patients made 15 days or more prior to their appointments. Failure to attend appointments and short term cancellations can be costly and are unfair to those individuals who need appointments. THT Center would like to ask you to please help us better serve you and others, without increasing our fees, by adhering to the following policies. We very much appreciate your understanding and your cooperation.

For new patient, a net deposit of US$500 and a one-time US$25 administrative fee (wire receiving fee and currency conversion fee included), for a net total amount of US$525, wire transfer is required to be received at our office’s receiving bank no later than 15 days prior to your scheduled appointment. The US$525 of deposit and administrative fee does not include your outgoing bank fee(s)or any other fee(s). International wire transfer uses several jumps and institutions to send the money over; therefore, various fees from other financial institutions along the way may apply before the transferred fund gets to us. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THESE BANK FEES INCLUDING OUTGOING AND INCOMING FEES AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE FEES. These fees cannot be deducted from the US$525. Please check with your bank for all the fees and be sure to add them to the required amount of US$525. Keep in mind that it may take 3-5 business days before we received it so please check with your bank and plan accordingly. We will give you the information you need to send the wire transfer to by email. This Payment will be credited towards your balance due. Please email or fax us proof of your wire transfer as soon as it was made. Once we receive your deposit, you will be notified of our confirmation of your appointment by email..
Cancellation policy
Your deposit of US$500, in some cases may be less due to the additional applicable fees, is refundable or transferable if your cancellation is made at least 15 days or more prior to your confirmed appointment. However, the administrative fee is not refundable because it is mostly used to cover the wire receiving fee and currency conversion fee. If you reschedule the appointment 15 days prior to your original appointment, your deposit of US$500 and US$25 administrative fee will be credited towards your balance due. Both the deposit and the administrative fee will be forfeited if your cancellation or scheduling notice is given less than 15 days prior to your confirmed appointment. In the event that your deposit is refunded to you, you will receive your deposit of US$500; in some cases may be less, minus a wire transfer fee, wire receiving fees charged by your bank, and any other applicable fee. A “no show” will be considered as a cancellation notice made less than 15 days before the appointment; therefore, no refund will be given out.
The above policies shall apply to repeat patients who do not show up for their appointments and who give less than 15 days cancellation or rescheduling notice, on their next appointments.
Payment policy
Your balance is due on the day of the surgery unless arrangement is made in advance. We gladly accept major credit cards, traveler’s checks, or cash payments in U.S, GB, Euro, Australia, Yen or Thai currency only. Checks and other foreign certified funds are not accepted. Financing is not available.
Final notes
To avoid any future cancellation, please be certain that
- You are able to attend it.
- You fully understand what hair transplantation is.
- Our doctor has answered all your questions.
- You at least have a consultation with our doctor to help you decide whether hair transplantation is right for you and to get cost estimation. Consultation can be done via email.
- You totally trust our medical team to do the surgery for you.
- You understand and accept the above policies.
