Hair Transplant Cost
Hair transplant cost is based on the number of grafts per each hair transplant procedure. The cost per graft is gradually reduced as the number of grafts per procedure increases. Hair transplant cost for smaller sessions start from US$ 2.00 per graft and are lowered to US$ 1.72-1.96 range for larger sessions.

** Large or mega session is not for everybody because the maximum number of hair grafts that can be done varies from patient to patient. There are some of the factors that determine how many grafts can possibly be done in each session. These factors include but are not limited to :
1. Laxity of donor site. How loose is the patient's donor scalp? The looser your scalp is, the bigger donor strip can be removed, the more grafts will be obtained.
2. Density of patient’s hair on the donor area. The denser the donor hair is, the more grafts will be obtained.
3. Patient’s tolerance. Hair transplant surgery is a very time-consuming procedure. It can easily take up to 10 hrs. for 3,500 grafts. Therefore, your extreme patience is recommended. You may have to resist being tired and any discomfort that may occur during the procedure.
4. Patient’s health safety. The more grafts are done, the longer time it takes; therefore, the more local anesthetic is used. Excessive use of local anesthetic will increase side effects.
